1 What is a mechanical differential pressure switch?

The mechanical differential pressure switch is a kind of microswitch with pure mechanical deformation. When the pressure increases, the different sensing pressure components (diaphragm, bellows, piston) will deform and move upward. Through the mechanical structure, such as handrail spring, the top microswitch will be activated, finally output the electrical signal. The pressure controller of the differential pressure switch adopts this form.

Generally, Electronic Differential Pressure Switch adopt 4-bit LED for real-time digital display, it could have 2 SPDT relay signal output, upper and lower limit control points can be set freely, with small hysteresis, anti vibration, fast response, stability and reliability, and high accuracy (the accuracy is generally ± 0.5% F.S, which is up to ± 0.2% F.S).
