Three refrigeration modes
1. Compression-type refrigeration cycle :
1) compression: the normal temperature gas state changes to the high pressure and high temperature gas state.
2) condensation: high pressure and high temperature gas state changes into high pressure liquid state.
3) evaporation: the high-pressure liquid state changes into the low-pressure gas state to absorb heat and realize refrigeration.
2. Gas expansion refrigeration:
Gas expansion refrigeration uses the adiabatic expansion of high-pressure gas to achieve low temperature, and uses the heat recovery process of the expanded gas under low pressure to refrigeration. Due to the different equipment of gas adiabatic expansion, there are generally two ways: one is to expand the high-pressure gas through the expander, with external power output, so the temperature drop of the gas is large, and the refrigeration capacity is also large during the heat recovery, but the expander structure is complex The other way is to expand the gas through the throttle valve, output reactive power, reduce the temperature drop of the gas, and reduce the cooling capacity. However, the throttle valve is simple in structure and easy to adjust the gas flow.
3.Thermoelectric cooling uses the Peltier effect to create a heat flux at the junction of two different types of materials. A Peltier cooler, heater, or thermoelectric heat pump is a solid-state active heat pump which transfers heat from one side of the device to the other, with consumption of electrical energy, depending on the direction of the current. Such an instrument is also called a Peltier device, Peltier heat pump, solid state refrigerator, or thermoelectric cooler. It can be used either for heating or for cooling, although in practice the main application is cooling. It can also be used as a temperature controller that either heats or cools.
